I have started to stop and acknowledge my feelings. It's very effective. I just acknowledge that I'm, lets say, angry and my mind just stop spinning.

This may allow me to overcome the lost of my son without losing my mind any further.

How is it that a video, presenting opinions of what is a stoic woman, narrated by a male and picturing only men, should be taken seriously by a woman, as something informative, enlightening and important. Not saying the video didn't contain anything that was informative, enlightening and important, but as a thinking woman, I found the video suspect. The images of only powerful men, as depicted in the video, suggest, only men can endure pain and hardship without showing their feelings and not complaining.

All these signs I saw, when working in Qualcomm - bosses don't value your contribution, they ind faults unnecessarily and are critical for no reason. Most of the time they project their problems on you and blame shift you. They use personal information to determine your progress and you keep worrying why you don't grow at same or greater speed compared to others, you were good in academic. To that they blame you again saying you lack soft skills. All these blames and accusations have no basis. On top you are so busy with work, which will never get recognised, that you don't have any time or energy for social interaction, how then will you get any view on this toxic dynamic? No proper communication or discussion of the issue leads you doubting your value and standing in company. Your boss does not have more than 5 mins to discuss review in 6 months, but this discussion is important because your current and future money is tied with it. Why would you take less money on the table simply because someone else doesn't recognise you or puts you down often. That's quite manipulative.
